• “Services” refers to all aesthetic treatments and consultations offered by the Clinic, including but not limited to Laser Treatments, Waxing, Maderoterapia (Wood Therapy), and other skincare solutions as described on our Site.

• Consultation Required: All services require a prior in-person consultation at one of our branches (Westlands or Kingara) to determine your suitability for a treatment. During this consultation, we will discuss potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• No Guarantee of Results: While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes vary based on factors like skin type, health, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results. Client testimonials on our Site (e.g., from Grace M., Brian K., Linda A.) reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

• Booking: Appointments can be made by phone or through our website contact methods. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
• Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice or failure to show up for an appointment may result in a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Payment: We accept payment methods as indicated at our branches. Prices for services are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your consultation. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes to your health, medications, or medical conditions before each treatment.
• You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by the Clinic. Failure to do so may increase the risk of side effects or reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
• You confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information, including contact details and medical history, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Site and services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
